How to Mind Map a Google Document with ivvi

Learn how to use screen audio features to Mind Map a Google Document directly to ivvi. This guide helps you manage playback settings across multiple tabs to Mind Map document content effortlessly.

  1. Go to ivvi.dev and create a new note

  1. Click "Start Recording" icon and select "Screen Audio".

  1. Choose the Google Document tab that you want to mindmap.

  1. Make sure to tick the "Also share tab audio" at the bottom.

  1. Then click "Share"

  1. Switch to the Google Docs tab and click "Listen to this tab" icon at the upper right corner.

  1. Then, Switch back to ivvi and notice the mind map is being processed.

  1. Once the audio is finished, click "Stop".

  1. Your mindmap will start processing. Wait for it to finish.

  1. Congratulations! You've successfully made a mind map from a Google document.
