What happens after the trial?

Your maps and files stay in place, but you cannot create new maps until you choose a paid plan or activate a licence. There is no automatic trial charge. If you receive ivvi through DSA or Access to Work, follow your funding and activation instructions.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Cancel through the website or contact our support team. Contact us before changing plans so we can explain the options and any billing effect.

How do I get ivvi through DSA?

ivvi Notes is DSA approved. Apply through the student funding body responsible for your application and discuss your note-taking needs with your needs assessor. If ivvi is in the approved support package, follow the entitlement letter and supplier instructions to receive the licence. Do not buy ivvi privately on the assumption that DSA will reimburse the cost.

How does Access to Work purchasing work?

If ivvi is included in your Access to Work award, contact us to arrange the purchase. Tell us whether you or your employer purchases software and whether you need a quotation, invoice, purchase order or supplier information. Check your decision letter before buying; you or your employer may need to pay first and claim the approved cost back.

Do I need a diagnosis or funding award to buy ivvi?

No. Anyone can buy a personal plan directly. DSA and Access to Work are separate funding routes with their own eligibility and approval processes.

You can use an individual account on your personal devices, but recording is limited to one device at a time. Your licence is personal and cannot be shared with another user.
