How to Use Filter for your Mind Map and Transcription

How to use Filters in ivvi

This guide helps you format your maps and filter out the branches and highligjts to streamline your mindmapping process.

Workspace Access

1. Open ivvi.dev and open up a file.

2. Click "Filter" at bottom of screen.

3. Toggle "Header 3+" to hide all the Third Level branches of your map.

4. Toggle "Header 2" to hide all the Second Level branches of your map.

5. Toggle "Header 1" to hide all the Main branches of your map.

Transcription Side Panel Filters

6. Click "Filter" at bottom of screen.

7. Toggle "Your Notes" to hide/unhide your notes from the mind map.

8. Notice the note was hidden.

9. Same with Highlights. Toggle the "Highlights" option to hide/unhide the highlights.

10. Notice the highlighted area was cleared.

11. You can also hide quotes.

12. You can also hide images

13. You can also hide icons

14. Click again to unhide icons

15. If you want to see the full transcription of your audio, toggle the "transcription" option.
