How Accessible Is ivvi and How Does It Use Cookies?
What is ivvi’s accessibility commitment?
We integrate accessibility into product design and development so people can use our software and websites regardless of ability.
Its measures include:

- defined organisational goals and responsibilities;
- formal testing protocols and tools;
- in-house specialists;
- feedback from external accessibility experts;
- continued design and technology improvement.
Which accessibility standards does ivvi meet?
Our products and services are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We also use US Section 508 as guidance even though we are not legally required to conform to it.
How do I report an accessibility issue?
Send accessibility issues and suggestions to support@ivvi.app. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Which screen readers and browsers work with ivvi?
We test with:
- TalkBack;
- VoiceOver;
- JAWS.
Our web application is optimised for Chrome and Edge.
What are the known accessibility limitations?
Why might I see several “Untitled Event” pages?
If a user leaves an Event title blank, multiple pages may be named “Untitled Event.” We are exploring automatic unique names.
How can I identify which Event a Move Event button controls?
Buttons do not identify which Event will move. The next tab after the Event title indicates the target, and we are investigating clearer labels.
Which screens may have incomplete page titles?
The statement names View Event, Re-Order Cards and Task Lists, Home and Record Event, and Account and Collections as screens needing more descriptive titles.
Are all third-party integrations fully accessible?
Some integrations are not fully accessible. We are working with the providers to improve them.
Are the guided tour and transcription fully keyboard accessible?
These are not fully keyboard accessible. The current alternatives are an introductory video and onboarding articles.
How do NVDA users interact with Transcription Focus Mode?
The service is screen-reader accessible, but NVDA users must press Insert + Space to interact in Focus Mode. We are working toward a simpler interaction.
